Pizano S.A. is a privately held forest products company, established in 1935. It is one of the leading producers of engineered wood panels in South America an the Andean Region.

The company manufactures plywood (Triplex), veneers, raw and laminated particleboard (Táblex ® , Madecor ®) and doors.

Our main manufacturing facilities are located in the city of Barranquilla, the major port on the Northern Atlantic coast of Colombia.

Here we operate one large plywood mill and two particleboard plants, all of them of advanced technology.

This strategic location allows access to our raw materials, our own forestry operations – which are located 120 miles south from the city on the Magdalena River shore - as well as sea shipping lines for international trade.

The company also has two factories in the Bogotá area, the most populated city of Colombia and therefore one with the highest levels of consumption in the center of the country, where we produce our melamine, foil and veneered particleboards plus a wide variety of doors.
